The posting

Senior projektledare till AI- och digitaliseringsprojekt Reqcon söker en erfaren projektledare på kompetensnivå 4 till ett utvecklingsprojekt inom AI och digitalisering hos en större offentlig organisation. Projektet omfattar vidareutvecklingen av en webbcrawler som togs fram som Proof of Concept under 2024. Lösningen används för att identifiera och motverka oegentligheter inom organisationens verksamhetsområde och ska nu utvecklas vidare mot en mer verksamhetsnära och hållbar lösning. Om rollen Som projektledare leder du ett agilt utvecklingsteam och ansvarar för att driva projektet framåt med tydligt ägarskap, struktur och fokus på leverans. Du arbetar nära både verksamhet och IT och har en central roll i att skapa samsyn, driva frågor till beslut och säkerställa att beslutade aktiviteter genomförs och följs upp. Du kommer bland annat att:

Leda projektet och det agila utvecklingsteamet

Planera, koordinera och följa upp projektets aktiviteter

Säkerställa ett nära samarbete mellan verksamhet och IT

Driva frågor från analys och beredning fram till beslut

Följa upp att beslutade åtgärder genomförs

Hantera beroenden, risker och prioriteringar

Skapa struktur och tydlighet kring projektets mål, leveranser och framdrift

Bidra till vidareutvecklingen av en befintlig Proof of Concept mot en lösning som kan användas i verksamheten

Vi söker dig som har Erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsprojekt med agila utvecklingsteam

Erfarenhet av att leda arbete i nära samverkan mellan verksamhet och IT

Erfarenhet av att driva frågor fram till beslut och följa upp genomförandet av beslutade åtgärder

En senior profil motsvarande kompetensnivå 4

God förmåga att skapa struktur, framdrift och tydlighet i komplexa utvecklingsprojekt

Meriterande Det är extra intressant om du även har:

Erfarenhet av att leda projekt där AI-lösningar har utvecklats

Praktisk erfarenhet av att testa och utvärdera resultat från AI-lösningar tillsammans med verksamheten

Erfarenhet av att vidareutveckla en prototyp eller Proof of Concept till en lösning som används i verksamheten

Du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och drivande och har förmåga att ta frågor från diskussion till beslut och vidare till genomförande. Du trivs i föränderliga miljöer och kan skapa framdrift även när alla förutsättningar ännu inte är helt definierade. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av AI-relaterad utveckling och av att omsätta prototyper till lösningar som skapar konkret verksamhetsnytta är det starkt meriterande.
