Till ett företag inom industriell teknik i Västerås söker vi en erfaren projektledare för ett konsultuppdrag. Du blir en central del av en stor omställning av fabriksmiljön, där produktion, automation och logistik möts. Uppdraget innebär att leda strategiska projekt kopplade till produktionsutveckling, montering och etablering av nya produktionsmiljöer, med stort inflytande på hur den framtida verksamheten kommer att se ut. Ditt uppdrag Leda komplexa industriprojekt från planering till genomförande och överlämning Samordna flytt och integration av befintliga monteringslinjer till nya produktionsmiljöer Driva optimering av produktionsflöden, layouter och tillverkningsprocesser Koordinera automationsinitiativ och införande av ny produktionsteknik Ansvara för projektets omfattning, budget, resurser, risker, tidplan och milstolpar Leda tvärfunktionella projektteam på cirka 4 till 10 personer Samordna aktiviteter mellan produktion, teknik, kvalitet, underhåll, logistik, IT och test Hantera leverantörer, konsulter och andra interna och externa intressenter Koordinera layoutdesign, verktyg, utrustningsplanering samt flytt av personal och material Ta fram och presentera projektstatus för styrgrupper och ledning Säkerställa efterlevnad av krav på säkerhet, miljö, ergonomi och kvalitet Identifiera risker, beroenden och resursbegränsningar och vidta åtgärder Stötta organisatorisk och operativ förändring genom hela genomförandet

Måste ha Senior erfarenhet som projektledare inom industriell produktion Erfarenhet av Lean Manufacturing Erfarenhet av införande eller flytt av monteringslinjer (assembly line operations) Erfarenhet av fabriksetablering (factory set up) och fabriksomställning (factory transformation) Erfarenhet av MES-system Erfarenhet av produktutvecklingsprocesser Flytande svenska, samt förmåga att arbeta i en internationell miljö där engelska också används Stark förmåga inom kommunikation, intressenthantering och ledarskap

Meriterande Erfarenhet av industriell automation, robotik, autonom materialhantering eller produktionsautomation Erfarenhet av kapacitets och resursplanering Erfarenhet av logistik och materialflöden Erfarenhet av kvalitetssäkring och produktionstest Erfarenhet av budget och kostnadsstyrning Erfarenhet av riskhantering samt milstolpe- och grindbaserade projektmodeller Erfarenhet av optimering av produktionsflöden Erfarenhet av produktions- och processutveckling
