Projektledare inom smide, stål och bygg Bergvik & Partners söker en erfaren och affärsdriven projektledare till en etablerad smidesverksamhet med stark kompetens inom byggnadssmide, stål, glas och specialkonstruktioner. Vi söker dig som vill ta ett tydligt helhetsansvar för dina projekt, från överlämning och planering till produktion, montage, ekonomi och slutfakturering. Du trivs nära både affären och verksamheten och ser till att projekten genomförs med rätt kvalitet, lönsamhet och framförhållning. Om rollen Som projektledare driver du flera projekt parallellt och ansvarar för hela genomförandet. Du arbetar nära kunder, byggledare, leverantörer, underentreprenörer och interna funktioner inom projektering, tillverkning och montage. Rollen passar dig som är van att fatta beslut, lösa problem och driva arbetet framåt. Du behöver förstå både de tekniska och kommersiella delarna av ett entreprenadprojekt och känna ett tydligt ansvar för projektets resultat. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

planera och driva projekt från överlämning till färdig leverans

ansvara för tidplan, kvalitet, ekonomi och resultat

samordna projektering, inköp, tillverkning och montage

ha löpande dialog med kunder, beställare och byggledning

följa upp kostnader, prognoser och täckningsgrad

hantera ÄTA-arbeten, dokumentation och fakturering

planera resurser och skapa god framförhållning

identifiera risker och självständigt driva problem till lösning

ställa tydliga krav på interna och externa parter

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet som projektledare, arbetsledare eller platschef inom smide, stål, glas, bygg eller närliggande entreprenadverksamhet. Erfarenhet av byggnadssmide och stålkonstruktioner är mycket meriterande, men det viktigaste är att du har teknisk förståelse, affärsmässighet och förmågan att ta ansvar för hela projektet. Du behöver vara van vid att arbeta med projektens ekonomi och förstå hur planering, inköp, resursanvändning, ÄTA-hantering och fakturering påverkar lönsamheten. Vi tror att du:

kommunicerar tydligt och vågar ställa krav
