The posting

Senior testare / QA med fokus på testautomatisering Reqcon söker en erfaren testare/QA till ett längre uppdrag i Stockholm. Rollen passar dig som både trivs med operativ testning och vill vara med och utveckla organisationens arbetssätt, testautomatisering och långsiktiga testförmåga. Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta nära agila utvecklingsteam och kombinera manuell testning, testautomatisering och kvalitetsarbete. En viktig del av uppdraget är också att bidra till mer strukturerade och proaktiva arbetssätt för test och kvalitet. Du kommer därför både att arbeta hands-on i pågående leveranser och hjälpa organisationen att etablera teststrategier, rutiner och metoder som fungerar långsiktigt. Du kommer bland annat att:

Genomföra manuella tester i pågående utvecklingsleveranser

Utveckla och vidareutveckla automatiserade tester

Samarbeta nära utvecklare och övriga roller i agila utvecklingsteam

Ta fram och utveckla teststrategier, rutiner och arbetssätt

Bidra till att stärka organisationens test- och kvalitetsförmåga

Arbeta proaktivt med kvalitet genom hela utvecklingsprocessen

Säkerställa kunskapsöverföring och bidra till en hållbar intern testförmåga

Vi söker dig som har Minst 9 års relevant yrkeserfarenhet

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som QA i agila utvecklingsteam

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som testare inom produktutveckling

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av testautomatisering

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av manuell testning

Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande Det är extra intressant om du även har erfarenhet av:

Frontendutveckling i exempelvis Angular eller React

Backendutveckling i .NET

Utveckling av mikrotjänster

Arbete inom svensk myndighet eller annan offentlig verksamhet

Offentlig styrning, regelverk och samverkan mellan olika intressenter

QA- och testarroller från flera olika konsultuppdrag och uppdragsgivare

Vem är du? Du är en senior och självgående testare som är bekväm med att både arbeta operativt och ta ett större ansvar för hur test och kvalitet bedrivs. Du gillar att samarbeta nära utvecklingsteamen, är strukturerad i ditt arbetssätt och ser möjligheter att förbättra processer och automatisering. Du delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och kan bidra till att bygga upp arbetssätt som fungerar även efter att uppdraget är avslutat.
