Rollen spänner över rådgivning, beslutsunderlag, samordning, förhandling och uppföljning inom fastighetsförvaltning, drift och utveckling. ArbetsuppgifterDu ger strategiskt och operativt stöd i fastighetsrelaterade lednings- och verksamhetsfrågor. Du driver och samordnar komplexa fastighetsärenden med flera parallella intressenter. Du för dialoger och förhandlingar med både interna och externa parter. Du bidrar i utveckling, implementering och uppföljning av ledningssystem och ISO-relaterade frågor. Du analyserar frågor inom fastighetsförvaltning, drift och utvecklingsprojekt och tar fram rekommendationer. Du koordinerar samarbetet mellan verksamhet, fastighetsägare, myndigheter, entreprenörer och andra externa parter. Du tar fram beslutsunderlag, utredningar och underlag för prioriterade vägval. KravDu har minst 10 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av kvalificerat arbete inom fastighetsbranschen. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet av att självständigt driva komplexa fastighetsrelaterade frågor. Du har erfarenhet av förändringsledning och strategiskt ledningsstöd. Du har erfarenhet av förhandlingar och samverkan med både interna och externa intressenter. MeriterandeErfarenhet av hållbarhets- och miljöfrågor kopplade till fastighetsverksamhet. Erfarenhet av upphandling och avtalsförhandling inom fastighetsområdet. Erfarenhet av miljötillståndsfrågor. Erfarenhet av arbete med ISO-certifieringar eller ledningssystem enligt ISO-standard.
