Är du en erfaren registrator som vill ta dig an ett kvalificerat uppdrag – utan att behöva flytta? Vi söker nu en senior registrator för vår kunds räkning. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta med kvalificerad registratur, utveckla arbetssätt och bidra med din expertis – samtidigt som du kan vara bosatt var som helst i Sverige och arbeta hybrid under hela uppdraget. Uppdraget är på heltid i sex månader, med start så snart som möjligt. För rätt person finns möjlighet till direktanställning hos kunden efter uppdragets slut. Om rollen Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt med registrering, diarieföring och hantering av allmänna handlingar. Rollen innebär bland annat att säkerställa rättssäker dokument- och ärendehantering samt att utveckla enhetliga rutiner och arbetssätt. Du kommer bland annat att: göra självständiga sekretessbedömningar och tolka lagstiftning i komplexa ärenden ge kvalificerad rådgivning till verksamheten utveckla och kvalitetssäkra rutiner för diarieföring och dokumenthantering ta fram riktlinjer, processbeskrivningar, lathundar och annat stödmaterial bidra till utveckling av arbetssätt och kvalitetssäkring inom registraturen ta fram utbildningsmaterial för chefer och medarbetare.

DETTA SÖKER VI Vi söker dig som har utbildning inom arkiv- och informationsvetenskap med inriktning mot registrator har minst 5–8 års erfarenhet som registrator inom offentlig sektor har mycket god erfarenhet av diarieföring och dokumenthantering är van att självständigt utveckla och kvalitetssäkra rutiner och arbetssätt har mycket god erfarenhet av att ta fram styrande dokument, riktlinjer och instruktioner har djup kunskap inom offentlighetsprincipen och sekretess uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av dokument- och ärendehanteringssystem, processkartläggning och verksamhetsutveckling inom registratur eller att utbilda verksamheter inom diarieföring och dokumenthantering. Som person är du analytisk, strukturerad och självgående. Du är trygg i att tolka regelverk och omsätta dem till praktiska rutiner, samtidigt som du har lätt för att samarbeta, kommunicera och skapa förtroende i organisationen.
