Är du en erfaren rekryterare som trivs bäst när du får vara chefens närmaste rådgivare genom hela processen? GreenGrit söker en senior rekryterare till ett konsultuppdrag hos en myndighet i Stockholm. Du blir en del av enheten som ansvarar för rekrytering och employer branding inom HR, och får driva kvalificerade rekryteringar av både chefer och specialister från start till mål. Det här kommer du att arbeta med Du ansvarar för att driva rekryteringsprocesser från planering till anställning och arbetar med omkring 20 processer parallellt. Du jobbar nära rekryterande chefer på enhets-, sektions-, avdelnings- och divisionsnivå, och med ett konsultativt förhållningssätt stöttar och vägleder du dem genom varje steg.

Uppstartsmöten och kravprofilering tillsammans med rekryterande chef

Utformning och publicering av annonser

Urvalsarbete och kandidathantering

Kompetensbaserade intervjuer

Referenstagning och kvalitetssäkring

Löpande administration kopplat till processen, som dokumentation och systemhantering

Studentrelationer, studentmässor och andra evenemang för att attrahera nya medarbetare

Vem söker vi? Det här är en senior roll med tydliga krav

Minst 10 års arbetslivserfarenhet av kompetensbaserad rekrytering av både chefer och specialister på kvalificerad nivå

Högskole- eller universitetsexamen om minst 180 hp inom HR, personalfrågor eller beteendevetenskap

Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet av rekryteringsarbete inom statlig verksamhet

Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift, eftersom kravprofiler, annonser, intervjuer och dokumentation sker på svenska och delar av verksamheten arbetar på engelska

Som person har du god samarbetsförmåga och lätt för att skapa förtroende. Du är ödmjuk, flexibel när arbetsbelastningen varierar och arbetar både självständigt och målinriktat. Du känner dig trygg i rollen som rådgivande rekryteringspartner och motiveras av att vägleda chefer genom processen. Meriterande är minst 2 års erfarenhet av personbedömningar med AON:s verktyg samt minst 3 års erfarenhet av rekrytering inom energibranschen. Praktisk information Plats: Stockholm. Distansarbete upp till 50 % av arbetstiden i samråd med uppdragsgivaren

Omfattning: heltid, med start i november.
