Vi söker nu en Senior Rekryterare till ett konsultuppdrag i Stockholm. Rollen passar dig som har erfarenhet av att självständigt driva hela rekryteringsprocessen och som är van vid kompetensbaserad rekrytering inom statlig verksamhet. Uppdraget omfattar rekrytering till ett brett spektrum av kvalificerade roller, från specialist- och akademikertjänster till IT, ekonomi, HR och andra stödfunktioner. Om uppdraget Som rekryterare ansvarar du för hela rekryteringsprocessen från uppstart och kravprofil till urval, intervjuer och avslut. Verksamheten har en hög kompetensnivå och många av rollerna kräver gedigen specialistkunskap och akademisk bakgrund. Det ställer höga krav på din förmåga att förstå komplexa kompetensbehov, skapa relevanta kravprofiler och genomföra strukturerade och kvalitetssäkrade rekryteringsprocesser. Rekrytering kan bland annat ske inom områden som: Hälso- och sjukvård Juridik Socialt arbete Ekonomi och statistik IT och digitalisering HR Registratur och administration

Arbetsuppgifter Självständigt driva hela rekryteringsprocessen från start till mål Genomföra behovsanalys och ta fram kravprofiler Arbeta enligt kompetensbaserad rekryteringsmetodik Hantera annonsering, urval och kandidatbedömning Genomföra strukturerade intervjuer Stödja rekryterande chefer genom hela processen Säkerställa kvalitet och struktur i rekryteringsarbetet Rekrytera både specialister och stödfunktioner Hantera flera parallella rekryteringsprocesser

Obligatoriska krav Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av att självständigt genomföra hela rekryteringsprocessen från start till slut Är senior och har minst 2 års erfarenhet av rekrytering inom statlig verksamhet Har flerårig erfarenhet av och mycket god vana vid kompetensbaserad rekrytering, KBR

Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har erfarenhet av eller kunskap om kravprofiler inom IT, exempelvis: Product Owner Kravanalytiker Mjukvaruutvecklare UX-specialist

Personliga egenskaper För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du är strukturerad, självgående och trygg i dialogen med rekryterande chefer och kandidater. Du har god förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i komplexa kompetensområden och kan anpassa din rekryteringsprocess efter olika typer av specialistroller.
