Rubino Rekrytering söker nu seniora rekryteringskonsulter som vill arbeta som underkonsult till oss med ett eget bolag. Om oss: Vi är ett familjärt rekryteringsföretag med ett genuint intresse för människor. Vårt trevliga kontor ligger i Stockholm, men vi rekryterar i hela Sverige samt i Danmark och Norge. I Finland rekryterar vi genom vår samarbetspartner Target Headhunting. Alla som jobbar med rekrytering hos oss har lång erfarenhet av yrket, men har också arbetat på andra platser i näringslivet på seniora positioner. Vi är stolta över våra kunder som spänner från stora börsnoterade bolag till startups till anrika familjeägda företag. Efter drygt 20 år är det tydligt för oss att det inte handlar om att hjälpa företag i en viss bransch eller med speciella roller. Vi är nyfikna på människor och utveckling och är specialister på rekrytering. Rollen: Som Senior Rekryteringskonsult hos Rubino Rekrytering kommer du att ha en avgörande roll i att driva rekryteringsprocessen framåt. Du har ansvar för att hitta egna kunder och jobbar med alla delar i rekryteringsprocessen. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar:

Bygga och underhålla långsiktiga relationer med både kandidater och kunder

Proaktivt identifiera och attrahera kvalificerade kandidater genom olika kanaler

Ansvara för hela rekryteringsprocessen från behovsanalys till slutgiltig placering

Ge rådgivning och stöd till kunderna genom hela rekryteringsprocessen

För att lyckas behöver du:

Starkt affärssinne och förmåga att bygga och utveckla kundrelationer

Omfattande erfarenhet av rekrytering och personalhantering, antingen från en intern roll eller som konsult

Utmärkta kommunikations- och förhandlingsfärdigheter

Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta initiativ

Eget bolag och möjlighet att fakturera oss för dina tjänster
