Startdatum: 2026-06-29 Slutdatum: Möjlighet till förlängning Omfattning: 100% Plats: Stockholm / Hybrid Uppdragsbeskrivning En större nordisk verksamhet står inför en omfattande utvecklingsresa inom inköp, kontraktshantering och verksamhetsstyrning i samband med införandet av nya affärs- och avtalsprocesser. För att stödja förändringsarbetet söker vi en senior konsult med dokumenterad erfarenhet av inköpstransformation, PO-compliance och kontraktshantering. Uppdraget fokuserar på att skapa ökad efterlevnad av inköpsprocesser, minska inköp utanför etablerade rutiner, stärka styrning och ansvarsfördelning samt bidra till en hållbar förändring inför kommande system- och processförändringar. Rollen kombinerar strategiskt förbättringsarbete med operativt genomförande och nära samarbete med verksamhet, inköp och ekonomi. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Kartlägga nuläge och analysera efterlevnad av inköpsprocesser.

Identifiera orsaker till avvikelser och inköp utanför avtalade arbetssätt.

Utvärdera mognadsgrad inom kontraktshantering, ansvarsfördelning och styrning.

Leda workshops och samordna dialog mellan olika intressenter.

Ta fram prioriterade förbättringsförslag och en genomförbar förändringsplan.

Stödja pilotaktiviteter, uppföljning och implementering av utvalda initiativ.

Skall-krav

Minst 7 års erfarenhet inom inköp, Procure-to-Pay, kontraktshantering eller inköpstransformation.

Gedigen praktisk erfarenhet av att förbättra PO-compliance och minska inköp utanför etablerade processer.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av SAP-baserade inköpsflöden, gärna i moderna ERP-miljöer.

Förmåga att genomföra nulägesanalyser och omsätta resultat till konkreta förbättringsåtgärder.

Erfarenhet av nära samarbete med verksamhet, inköp, ekonomi och leverantörsrelaterade funktioner.

Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande

Erfarenhet av ERP-transformationer och större verksamhetsförändringar.

Erfarenhet av Contract Lifecycle Management-lösningar.

Bakgrund från komplexa eller decentraliserade organisationer.

Erfarenhet av leverantörsdialoger kopplade till fakturering och inköpsordrar.
