Om rollen Vår kund befinner sig mitt i en omfattande transformation av sitt logistiklandskap, och Transport Management System (TMS) är en central del av den. Här får du vara med där det verkligen händer: att utveckla lösningen och samtidigt bygga upp kundens långsiktiga kompetens inom området. Som System Engineer TMS blir du den funktionella systemexperten i gränslandet mellan verksamhet, process och system. Du kombinerar förståelse för transport- och logistikprocesser med djup kunskap om systemets funktionalitet och omsätter verksamhetens behov till hållbara och fungerande lösningar. Det här är inte en utvecklar- eller infrastrukturroll. Fokus ligger på TMS-funktionalitet, konfigurering och funktionell design, och du får själv vara med och forma hur TMS ska fungera framöver. Arbetsuppgifter Du arbetar hands-on med funktionell lösningsdesign, konfigurering och validering av TMS. Du samarbetar nära processägare, verksamhetsexperter, superusers, lösningsarkitekter och leverantörer. Du analyserar verksamhetsbehov och omsätter dem till funktionella systemlösningar. Du designar och konfigurerar parametrar, affärsregler, arbetsflöden och funktionalitet i TMS. Du bedömer konsekvenserna av system- och processförändringar. Du bidrar med systemkompetens i utvecklingen och förbättringen av transportprocesser. Du definierar och genomför funktionell testning och validering. Du säkerställer att nya och förändrade lösningar uppfyller verksamhetens krav. Du ansvarar för konfigurations- och parameterdokumentationen. Du bidrar till kunskapsuppbyggnad och en långsiktigt hållbar förvaltning av TMS. KravGod förståelse för transport- och logistikprocesser. Erfarenhet av funktionell systemkonfiguration och lösningsdesign. Erfarenhet av att omsätta verksamhetskrav till fungerande systemlösningar. Erfarenhet av funktionell testning och validering. Erfarenhet av TMS, WMS, ERP eller andra verksamhetskritiska Supply Chain-system. Ett analytiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt. God förmåga att samarbeta och kommunicera med verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer på både svenska och engelska. MeriterandeErfarenhet av Manhattan Active Transportation Management eller andra Manhattan-lösningar. Arbete inom retail, FMCG eller partihandel.
