Har du gedigen erfarenhet av inköp och materialförsörjning inom tillverkande industri? TIKK TAKK söker nu en erfaren och självgående taktisk och operativ inköpare för ett konsultuppdrag hos vår kund.

Du får en central roll i kundens Supply Chain-organisation med ansvar för att säkra materialtillgänglighet, leveransprecision och ett välfungerande samarbete mellan leverantörer, produktion, planering och konstruktion.

Om uppdraget

Som senior inköpare arbetar du operativt med inköp, leveransbevakning och materialförsörjning. Du följer upp leverantörer, identifierar leveransrisker och driver åtgärder vid materialbrister och avvikelser.

Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med interna funktioner och externa leverantörer. Du bidrar även till att utveckla arbetssätt och förbättra processer inom inköp och materialstyrning.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Säkerställa materialtillgänglighet utifrån produktionens och kundernas behov.
  • Skapa och hantera inköpsorder samt följa upp ordererkännanden.
  • Bevaka leveranser och driva leverantörer för att säkerställa leverans i rätt tid.
  • Identifiera och hantera leveransrisker, materialbrister och leveransavvikelser.
  • Genomföra eskaleringar och driva korrigerande åtgärder när leveranser avviker från plan.
  • Arbeta med lageroptimering och relevanta planeringsparametrar.
  • Underhålla inköps-, material- och planeringsdata i SAP.
  • Delta i tvärfunktionella möten med inköp, planering, produktion och konstruktion.
  • Stödja införandet av konstruktionsändringar och nya produkter.
  • Bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar inom materialförsörjning och inköpsprocesser.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och van vid att arbeta självständigt. Du tar ansvar för dina leveranser, agerar snabbt vid materialbrister och driver frågor hela vägen till ett resultat.

Du kommunicerar tydligt och har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med både leverantörer och interna funktioner. Du trivs i en föränderlig industrimiljö där prioriteringar kan ändras och där en fungerande materialförsörjning är avgörande för produktionen.

Vi söker dig som har

  • Flera års erfarenhet av operativt eller taktiskt inköp inom tillverkande industri.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i SAP, gärna inom Materials Management, MM, och Material Requirements Planning, MRP.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av leverantörsstyrning och leveranssäkring.
  • God förståelse för produktionsprocesser, materialflöden och lagerstyrning.
  • Erfarenhet av att hantera inköpsorder, leveransbevakning och materialbrister.
  • Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

  • Beredning eller produktionsberedning.
  • Materialstyrning, produktionsplanering eller Supply Chain.
  • Fordons-, järnvägs- eller verkstadsindustrin.
  • Konstruktionsändringar, Engineering Changes, och införande av nya produkter.
  • Masterdata och underhåll av material- och inköpsinformation.
