Vi på ALTEN söker en erfaren och driven Senior Teknisk Projektledare/Produktionstekniker för att leda och utveckla projekt hos en av våra kunder i Karlskoga. I denna roll kommer du att ha ansvar för att driva tekniska projekt från planering till genomförande, med fokus på effektivitet och kvalitet. VAD ERBJUDER VI? Om rollen Som Senior Teknisk Projektledare/Produktionstekniker kommer du att leda tvärfunktionella team och hantera produktionsprojekt från planering till genomförande. Rollen kräver stark kompetens inom projektkoordinering, riskbedömning och problemlösning för att säkerställa smidiga operationer. Erfarenhet av agila eller traditionella metoder (t.ex. Scrum), resursallokering och kommunikation med intressenter är viktigt för att driva projekt till avslut. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Led och samordna tvärfunktionella team för att säkerställa effektiva projekt. Genomföra riskbedömningar och lösa problem för att upprätthålla projektets framdrift. Använda agila eller traditionella metoder för att optimera processer och säkerställa kvalitet. Kommunicera med intressenter för att säkerställa tydliga mål och förväntningar. Driva kontinuerliga förbättringar och lösa konflikter proaktivt.

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Kandidatexamen eller Masterexamen inom industriell ekonomi, maskinteknik eller annat relevant ämnesområde. Minst 5 års erfarenhet av att leda tekniska projekt och tvärfunktionella team. Erfarenhet av agila metoder (t.ex. Scrum) och verktyg som Jira. Stark bakgrund inom tillverkningsteknik, produktion och processoptimering. Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska (i tal och skrift).
