Vi söker en senior testare med erfarenhet av testledning, integrationstestning och komplexa IT-miljöer för ett långsiktigt konsultuppdrag hos Region Stockholm. Uppdraget är en del av ett flerårigt initiativ för att modernisera de verksamhetskritiska IT-system som stödjer färdtjänst och sjukresor i Stockholms län. Här får du en central roll i kvalitetssäkringen av en ny, sammanhållen lösning med både nyutvecklade komponenter, upphandlade applikationer och vidareutveckling av befintliga system. Miljön innehåller många beroenden, integrationer samt komplexa data- och användarflöden. Om rollen Som senior testare kombinerar du operativ testning med testledning och samordning. Du ansvarar för att planera, genomföra och följa upp testarbetet samt koordinera testinsatser mellan interna team och externa leverantörer. Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamhet, utvecklare, andra testare och leverantörer och bidra till att säkerställa kvalitet inför leveranser och driftsättningar. Dina arbetsuppgifter Planera, samordna och följa upp testaktiviteter.

Leda och koordinera testarbete mellan interna team och externa leverantörer.

Ta fram testfall och testscenarier utifrån krav, användningsfall och processflöden.

Genomföra systemtest, integrationstest och end-to-end-test.

Verifiera funktionella och icke-funktionella krav.

Granska krav, användningsfall och lösningsbeskrivningar ur ett test- och kvalitetsperspektiv.

Identifiera kvalitetsrisker, testbehov och områden som kräver särskild verifiering.

Prioritera testarbetet utifrån risk, verksamhetsnytta och tekniska beroenden.

Säkerställa tillgång till relevanta testmiljöer, testdata och testverktyg.

Dokumentera testresultat samt rapportera fel och avvikelser.

Genomföra omtester och verifiera genomförda rättningar.

Följa upp teststatus och kvarstående risker.

Sammanställa testresultat, kvalitetsrisker och rekommendationer som beslutsunderlag inför leverans och driftsättning.

Stötta andra testare samt ge vägledning kring testmetodik och testgenomförande.

Vi söker dig som Har gedigen erfarenhet av test och kvalitetssäkring och är van att självständigt driva testarbetet i större och komplexa IT-miljöer. För att lyckas i uppdraget ser vi att du har:

Senior erfarenhet av operativ testning och testledning.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av komplexa IT-miljöer med flera system och integrationspunkter.

Erfarenhet av att planera, samordna, genomföra och följa upp testaktiviteter.

Erfarenhet av systemtest, integrationstest och end-to-end-testning.

Erfarenhet av testdesign samt framtagning av testfall och testscenarier.

Erfarenhet av kravgranskning och kvalitetssäkring.

Erfarenhet av fel- och avvikelsehantering samt omtest.

Förmåga att identifiera och prioritera kvalitets- och testrisker.

Erfarenhet av att koordinera testinsatser mellan flera team och leverantörer.

Förmåga att kommunicera teststatus, risker och rekommendationer till olika intressenter.

Som person är du självgående, strukturerad och pragmatisk. Du har lätt för att samarbeta med både verksamhet och tekniska team och kan samtidigt ta ett tydligt ansvar för att driva testarbetet framåt.
