The posting

Vi söker nu en erfaren testledare till ett omfattande IT-program i Stockholm. Du får ett övergripande ansvar för testarbetet genom hela projektets livscykel och säkerställer att testningen stödjer både tekniska krav och verksamhetens mål.

Om uppdraget

Som testledare tar du fram och driver den övergripande teststrategin och testplanen i nära samarbete med verksamhetsrepresentanter, produktägare, agila teamledare samt interna och externa parter.

Du definierar testningens omfattning, mål och leverabler samt behov av testdata och testmiljöer. Du säkerställer att teamen har rätt förutsättningar för att genomföra testarbetet och följer upp genomförande, framdrift, fel och centrala kvalitetsmått.

Rollen innebär också att identifiera testrelaterade risker, ta fram åtgärder för att minska dem och kommunicera status, problem och rekommendationer till berörda intressenter. Du skapar samsyn mellan kvalitetssäkring, verksamhet och leveransteam och ansvarar för tydlig och heltäckande testdokumentation.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ta fram och driva teststrategi och testplan genom hela projektets livscykel
  • Definiera omfattning, mål, leverabler samt behov av testdata och testmiljöer
  • Leda och samordna team och testaktiviteter
  • Säkerställa att testningen genomförs enligt plan
  • Följa upp framdrift, fel och centrala kvalitetsmått
  • Identifiera testrelaterade risker och ta fram riskreducerande åtgärder
  • Kommunicera status, problem och rekommendationer till berörda intressenter
  • Skapa samsyn mellan kvalitetssäkring, verksamhet och leveransteam
  • Säkerställa att testningen stödjer tekniska krav och verksamhetens mål
  • Upprätthålla testplaner, testfall, testresultat och felrapporter

Obligatoriska krav

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet som testledare i stora och komplexa program
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av Jira och Confluence
  • Mycket god förståelse för testmetoder, testverktyg och etablerade arbetssätt inom test
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och samordna team och testaktiviteter
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i agila miljöer och DevOps-miljöer
  • God förståelse för CI/CD och ramverk för testautomation
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och problemlösningsförmåga med tydligt fokus på kvalitet och detaljer
  • Mycket god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga
  • Flytande engelska

Meriterande

  • Erfarenhet av AWS-tjänster
  • Erfarenhet av verktyg för testfallshantering
  • Erfarenhet av JMeter eller liknande verktyg för prestandatestning
  • Erfarenhet från komplexa och storskaliga teknikmiljöer
  • Certifiering som ISTQB Certified Test Manager eller motsvarande
