The posting

Senior testledare till transformationsprojekt inom retail Reqcon söker en erfaren testledare till ett strategiskt transformationsprojekt hos en större aktör inom detaljhandeln. Projektet omfattar införandet av en ny generations lösning för sortimentsplanering och berör centrala verksamhetsflöden, integrationer och data. Du får en nyckelroll i kvalitetssäkringen och ansvarar för testarbetet från övergripande strategi och planering till uppföljning och beslutsunderlag inför go-live. Om rollen Som testledare tar du ett helhetsansvar för testarbetet i projektet och skapar struktur, samsyn och tydlighet kring kvalitet, teststatus och risker. Du arbetar nära projektledning, verksamhetsrepresentanter, produktägare, lösningsarkitekt, Tech Lead, utvecklings- och integrationsteam, testare samt externa leverantörer och implementationspartner. Du kommer bland annat att:

Ta fram och förvalta projektets övergripande teststrategi och testplan

Planera och koordinera testaktiviteter mellan verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer

Säkerställa att relevanta verksamhetsflöden, integrationer, data och processer omfattas av testarbetet

Leda och stötta testare och övriga deltagare i testarbetet

Leda planering och genomförande av systemtest, integrationstest och acceptanstest

Säkerställa att testfall och acceptanskriterier täcker krav och prioriterade use cases

Säkerställa tillgång till rätt testdata och testmiljöer inför respektive testfas

Leda defekthanteringen och följa upp testresultat, kvalitet och risker

Rapportera teststatus och identifierade risker till projektledningen

Ta fram underlag för bedömning av lösningens kvalitet och kvarstående risker inför go-live

Vi söker dig som har Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

Minst 9 års erfarenhet av att planera och leda test genom flera testfaser

Erfarenhet av komplexa lösningar med flera integrationer och beroenden

God förståelse för testmetodik, testfall, testdata och defekthantering

Erfarenhet av att koordinera test mellan verksamhet, IT och externa leverantörer

Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande ISTQB-certifiering eller motsvarande

Erfarenhet från retail, sortimentsplanering eller närliggande verksamhetsområden
