Vi söker nu en erfaren Upphandlare / Inköpare till ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag inom offentlig verksamhet i Stockholm. Rollen passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av offentlig upphandling och som är van att självständigt stötta verksamheten genom direktupphandlingar, förnyade konkurrensutsättningar, avtalsfrågor och upphandlingsprocesser enligt LOU och LUF. Om uppdraget Som senior inköpare får du en verksamhetsnära och operativ roll med många kontaktytor och stort eget ansvar. Du kommer framför allt att leda och stötta verksamheten vid direktupphandlingar och förnyade konkurrensutsättningar, men även vid behov genomföra fullständiga upphandlingar. En viktig del av rollen är att ge rådgivning kring avtal och ramavtal, tolka avtalsvillkor och säkerställa att verksamheten använder rätt inköpsväg utifrån aktuellt behov. Arbetsuppgifter Leda och stötta verksamheten genom direktupphandlingsprocesser Leda och genomföra förnyade konkurrensutsättningar Vid behov leda och genomföra upphandlingar Ge stöd i avtals- och ramavtalsfrågor Bedöma om befintliga avtal eller ramavtal kan användas för aktuella behov Tolka kommersiella och upphandlingsrelaterade villkor Samla in relevant underlag inför direktupphandlingar och kompletterande beställningar Kommunicera med verksamheten kring inköpsfunktionens uppdrag och arbetssätt Utbilda verksamheten inom inköps- och upphandlingsområdet Bidra till utveckling av processer, rutiner och arbetssätt Samverka med andra inköpare och interna funktioner i olika inköps- och avtalsfrågor

Obligatoriska krav Vi söker dig som: Har relevant akademisk examen inom exempelvis ekonomi, juridik, civilingenjörsområdet, beteendevetenskap eller motsvarande, alternativt examen från inköpsinriktad YH-utbildning Har arbetat i ett upphandlingsverktyg, exempelvis Visma TendSign eller e-Avrop, i minst ett uppdrag som pågår eller har pågått under de senaste 12 månaderna Har minst 5 års erfarenhet som upphandlare under de senaste 7 åren Har genomfört minst 10 upphandlingar Har hög kunskap om LOU, LUF och upphandlingsprocessen Har deltagit i minst 2 upphandlingar enligt LOU och/eller LUF under de senaste 3 åren Kan tydligt beskriva din roll och ditt ansvar i genomförda upphandlingar

Meriterande Det är särskilt meriterande om du har: Genomfört minst 1 entreprenadupphandling inom offentlig sektor Genomfört minst 1 IT-relaterad upphandling inom offentlig sektor
