Driv digital tillgänglighet från granskning till långsiktig förmåga i en senior UX-roll i Göteborg. Här får du kombinera senior UX-kompetens med ett tydligt uppdrag att göra digitala tjänster mer inkluderande. Du granskar användarresor, vägleder produktteam och bidrar till att bygga ett skalbart arbetssätt för tillgänglighet. Om rollen Driv arbetet med digital tillgänglighet i tvärfunktionella produktteam. Kombinera praktiska granskningar med långsiktig metod- och förmågeutveckling. Stärk tillgänglighet tidigt i design- och utvecklingsprocessen.

Det här kommer du göra Utvärdera digitala tjänster mot WCAG 2.2 AA. Genomföra manuella tester med tangentbordsnavigering och skärmläsare. , prioritera och omsätta tillgänglighetsbrister till åtgärder för backloggen. Ge konkret återkoppling på flöden, gränssnitt och komponenter till design- och utvecklingsteam. Bidra till standarder, utbildningsunderlag och arbetssätt för tillgänglighet.

Vi söker dig som har Gedigen erfarenhet som senior UX-designer med specialisering inom digital tillgänglighet och inkluderande design. Praktisk erfarenhet av att granska webb- eller digitala produktresor mot WCAG. Förmåga att hitta problem som automatiserade verktyg missar, exempelvis fokusordning, läsordning och interaktionskvalitet. Erfarenhet av användbarhetstester med personer med olika funktionsnedsättningar. Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med UX, produkt, utveckling och andra relevanta intressenter.

Teknik & Verktyg WCAG 2.2 AA NVDA, VoiceOver eller JAWS Automatiserade verktyg för tillgänglighetsanalys Designsystem och tillgängliga komponentbibliotek Relevant certifiering eller utbildning inom tillgänglighet är meriterande.
