Vi söker nu en Senior verksamhetsutvecklare till ett kvalificerat uppdrag i Växjö med fokus på processutveckling, taxekonstruktion, avtalsfrågor och styrelseadministration inom offentlig verksamhet. Rollen passar dig som har lång erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling i politiskt styrda organisationer och som är van att skapa struktur, tydlighet och framdrift i komplexa frågor med flera intressenter. Om uppdraget Uppdragsgivaren befinner sig i en utvecklings- och effektiviseringsfas där flera processer och arbetsområden behöver vidareutvecklas. Som Senior verksamhetsutvecklare får du en central roll i att stärka organisationens förmåga att leverera tydliga, rättssäkra och kostnadseffektiva tjänster. Uppdraget omfattar tre huvudsakliga områden: Utveckling av processen för kommunal taxa Förenkling och vidareutveckling av driftavtal Administrativt stöd till styrelse och ledning

Arbetsuppgifter Utveckla, förtydliga och dokumentera processen för framtagning av taxa för kommunalt avfall Säkerställa att taxeprocessen är transparent, spårbar och förenlig med relevanta lagkrav Ta fram strukturerade beslutsunderlag inför kommunala beslut Analysera och vidareutveckla kostnadsmodeller kopplade till taxekonstruktion Förenkla och förtydliga driftavtal mellan offentliga aktörer Utveckla avtalsstrukturer med fokus på tydlig ansvarsfördelning och praktisk tillämpning Bidra till juridiskt hållbara och användarvänliga avtal Stödja vd, styrelseordförande och styrelseledamöter i styrelsearbetet Planera, förbereda och följa upp styrelsemöten Arbeta med ärendehantering, dokumentation och diarieföring Leda arbetsgrupper inom komplexa verksamhets- och utvecklingsfrågor Samordna olika intressenter och skapa gemensam förståelse och framdrift

Kravprofil Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av taxekonstruktion inom renhållning eller VA God förståelse för relevant lagstiftning, kostnadsmodeller och kommunala beslutsprocesser Erfarenhet av avtals- och kontraktsskrivning mellan kommuner och offentligt ägda bolag Erfarenhet av att utveckla avtal med fokus på tydlighet, juridisk hållbarhet och praktisk tillämpning Erfarenhet av styrelseadministration och diarieföring inom offentligt ägda bolag eller liknande offentlig organisation Lång erfarenhet av att leda arbetsgrupper i komplexa frågor och processer Erfarenhet av arbete med flera intressenter och kommunal förankring Mycket god samarbetsförmåga Vana att arbeta i politiskt styrda organisationer
