Vi berättar mer om företaget vid ansökan och vid en första intervju. Om rollen I rollen som Applikationssupport hanterar du tekniska frågor och applikationsärenden för interna och externa användare. Du jobbar med allt från inloggningsproblem och behörigheter till frågor kring säljsystem och liknande. Du dokumenterar ärenden, uppdaterar kunskapsartiklar och vidarebefordrar till tekniska second and third line. Stöttning med tekniska frågor på lagret i Nykvarn kommer att förekomma. Arbetsdagen är varierad, ärenden kommer in via telefon, ärendehanteringssystem och självbetjäningsportal, och du får ta ansvar för prioritering och uppföljning. Du samarbetar med kollegor och systemägare och bidrar aktivt till att förbättra processer och rutiner. Vi erbjuder

Gymnasieutbildning eller motsvarande

Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Godkänd bakgrundskontroll (inklusive UC)

Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet av Microsoft 365, Teams och SharePoint samt god kunskap om ärendehanteringssystem och dokumentation. Vi ser gärna att du har ett tekniskt intresse eller bakgrund inom IT och applikationssupport, erfarenhet av AI‑lösningar såsom Copilot är ett plus. Praktisk information Plats: Södertälje (Hovsjö) Start: Enligt överenskommelse Omfattning: Heltid, tillsvidare (konsultuppdrag via Workz) Arbetstider: Kontorstider i helhet, dock är det viktigt att du kan arbeta till 18 vissa dagar samt kortare pass på vissa lördagar förekommer.
