Vi på Best Western Plus TEN Hotel i Upplands Väsby söker nu fler härliga kollegor som vill arbeta extra hos oss! Som Service Host arbetar du antingen i vår reception eller restaurang, beroende på vilket arbetspass du är schemalagd på. För att kunna erbjuda dig fler arbetspass ser vi gärna att du är öppen för att arbeta inom båda områdena. Du behöver inte ha erfarenhet från både reception och restaurang sedan tidigare. Har du erfarenhet från något av områdena är det meriterande – resten lär vi dig! Vi söker dig som: är serviceinriktad, positiv och ansvarstagande

trivs med mycket gästkontakt och varierande arbetsuppgifter

är flexibel och vill arbeta både i reception och restaurang

kan arbeta självständigt men samtidigt är en riktig lagspelare

kan arbeta varierande tider, inklusive kvällar och helger

kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska

Meriterande: tidigare erfarenhet från hotellreception och/eller restaurang

erfarenhet av hotellsystem, gärna MEWS

erfarenhet av servering, kassahantering eller bokningshantering

Några av dina arbetsuppgifter I receptionen: välkomna samt checka in och ut våra gäster

hantera bokningar, betalningar och gästförfrågningar

besvara telefon och mejl

ge information om hotellet och närområdet

utföra administrativa uppgifter och dagliga rutiner

se till att reception och lobby är välkomnande och representativ

I restaurangen: välkomna och ta emot våra restauranggäster

ta beställningar och servera mat och dryck

ge menyinformation och rekommendationer

hantera betalningar

förbereda och duka restaurangen inför service

hjälpa till med avdukning, disk och renhållning

tillsammans med teamet skapa en trivsam atmosfär och riktigt bra gästupplevelse

Tjänsten är en extraanställning vid behov. Arbetspassen kan vara förlagda till vardagar och helger samt dag- och kvällstid. Du schemaläggs på den avdelning du ska arbeta på för respektive pass.
