Då kan det här vara uppdraget för dig! 🚀 Vi söker nu en servicedeskmedarbetare till ett spännande konsultuppdrag i Malmö. Här blir du en viktig del av ett engagerat team och får arbeta nära användarna med både teknisk support, problemlösning och service. Om rollen: I rollen som servicedeskmedarbetare är du en viktig kontaktpunkt för användare som behöver hjälp med olika IT-relaterade frågor. Du hanterar inkommande ärenden via telefon och ärendehanteringssystem och ser till att användarna får snabb, professionell och lösningsorienterad support. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära:

🔧 Felsökning av nätverksutrustning

👤 Konto- och behörighetshantering

💻 Support vid enklare tekniska frågor

🎧 Hantering av inkommande supportärenden via telefon och ärendehanteringssystem

🤝 Samarbete med kollegor för att lösa ärenden på ett effektivt sätt

⏫ Eskalering av mer komplexa ärenden till rätt funktion

Vem söker vi? Vi tror att du är en social, driven och serviceinriktad person som tycker om att lösa problem och hjälpa andra. Du trivs i en miljö med högt tempo och varierande arbetsuppgifter och har förmågan att behålla lugnet även när det är mycket att göra. Du uppskattar att arbeta tillsammans med andra och delar gärna med dig av dina kunskaper till teamet. Samtidigt är du självgående och kan arbeta fokuserat på egen hand när situationen kräver det. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

✅ Erfarenhet av IT-support, servicedesk eller helpdesk

✅ God vana av teknisk felsökning

✅ Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ärendehanteringssystem

✅ Grundläggande kunskaper inom nätverk och kontohantering

✅ Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift
