Vi söker nu en serviceinriktad och administrativt stark konsult för ett uppdrag inom internservice och IT-administration inom Stockholms stad. Rollen som servicehandläggare I rollen som servicehandläggare ansvarar du för att ge stöd och service kring beställningar av datorer, telefoner och andra administrativa IT-resurser. Du hanterar beställningar och ärenden i olika system, administrerar tjänstekort samt ger support till verksamhetens medarbetare. Uppdraget innebär daglig kontakt med både interna användare och externa leverantörer via telefon, e-post och personliga möten. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Administrera beställningar av datorer, telefoner och IT-relaterad utrustning.

Hantera och följa upp ärenden i ärendehanteringssystem.

Bemanna servicedesk/reception för utlämning och återtag av utrustning.

Administrera tjänstekort och tillhörande processer.

Ge användarstöd och vägledning till medarbetare.

Samverka med leverantörer och interna funktioner för att säkerställa hög servicenivå.

Din bakgrund, erfarenhet och kompetens Avslutad gymnasieutbildning.

Flerårig erfarenhet av serviceinriktat administrativt arbete.

Erfarenhet av beställningshantering och administration.

Mycket god datorvana och erfarenhet av flera olika IT-system.

God förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av kundservice och ärendehantering i flera kanaler.

Erfarenhet från offentlig eller politiskt styrd verksamhet.

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom teknik eller annat relevant område.

Personliga egenskaper Serviceorienterad och professionell i ditt bemötande.

Noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande.

Lösningsorienterad och handlingskraftig.

Flexibel och van att hantera varierande arbetsbelastning.

Självständig samtidigt som du trivs i en teamorienterad miljö.
