Söker du en ny utmaning inom service och koordinering? Då har vi ett spännande konsultuppdrag som servicekoordinator hos Dafo Brand i Tyresö! I denna varierande roll får du arbeta med många kontaktytor och blir en viktig del av ett team där gemenskap och trivsel står i fokus. Om rollen Som servicekoordinator blir du en del av Dafos backoffice och tillhör ett team om cirka 12 personer. Du har många kontaktytor, både internt och externt, och fungerar som en viktig länk mellan kunder, tekniker och övriga delar av organisationen. Rollen är varierad och innebär både löpande administration, kundkontakt och koordinering. Du behöver därför trivas i ett högt tempo och ha lätt för att prioritera när flera ärenden kommer in samtidigt. Arbetsuppgifter

Ge intern och extern support till kunder, tekniker och kollegor

Hantera inkommande beställningar och andra ärenden via telefon och mejl

Ansvara för löpande administration, exempelvis avtal, order och fakturering

Ta emot och hantera felanmälningar

Koordinera och fördela arbeten till tekniker

Följa upp pågående ärenden och projekt, exempelvis installationsprojekt

Kvalifikationer

Tidigare erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter, till exempel inom kundtjänst, order eller koordinering

God datorvana och systemvana

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska samt goda kunskaper i engelska, i både tal och skrift

Uppdrag: Konsultuppdrag via The Place på initialt 6 månader, med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning.

Start: Omgående.

Omfattning: Heltid, måndag–torsdag 08.00–17.00 och fredag 08.00–15.00.

Placering: Tyresö, med möjlighet till visst hybridarbete.
