Vi söker en servicekoordinator på heltid till Nybrogatan Business Center. Nybrogatan Business Center har funnits i 32 år och driver idag kontorshotell på Nybrogatan 6 och Nybrogatan 34 med cirka 200 företag som hyresgäster. Vi är ett personligt företag som samtidigt gillar att ligga i framkant och använder modern teknik och AI för att utveckla och förenkla vårt arbetssätt. Som servicekoordinator är du en viktig del av den dagliga verksamheten och ser till att våra hyresgäster får bästa möjliga service och att våra lokaler alltid är välkomnande och i ordning. Du tar emot nya hyresgäster och besökare och ansvarar för receptionen. Du rör dig även regelbundet i huset, ser vad som behöver göras och ser till att det blir åtgärdat. Arbetet omfattar bland annat hyresgästservice, in och utflyttningar, konferensrum, post och leveranser, nycklar och passerkort, kontakt med leverantörer samt löpande administration. Vi arbetar aktivt med AI och digitala verktyg för att förenkla och effektivisera många av våra administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Vi söker dig som har ett mycket gott öga för detaljer och en naturlig känsla för service. Du är självgående, ansvarstagande och prestigelös och ser själv vad som behöver göras. Du behöver kunna uttrycka dig mycket väl på svenska och vara bekväm med engelska. Du är van vid digitala system och ett intresse för IT, teknik och AI är ett plus. Det är meriterande om du har ett intresse för marknadsföring, sociala medier eller inredning. Rollen har utrymme för egna initiativ och beroende på dina intressen och erfarenheter finns möjlighet att även arbeta med exempelvis innehåll till våra sociala kanaler, utveckling av vår kommunikation och inredning och trivsel i våra kontorsmiljöer. Vi gillar nya idéer och uppskattar personer som ser möjligheter och gärna bidrar även utanför sitt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde. Men för oss är personlighet, initiativförmåga och känsla för service det viktigaste. Tjänsten är på heltid, måndag till torsdag kl. 8.00 till 17.00 och fredag kl. 8.00 till 16.00.
