Om rollen Är du serviceproffset vi söker? Vi söker dig som brinner för möten mellan människor och som vill skapa värdskap utöver det vanliga. I rollen får du möjlighet att sätta tonen för en prestigefylld serviceleverans i en levande och modern kontorsfastighet i Stockholms innerstad. Du blir fastighetens främsta ambassadör och skapar kreativa, inkluderande och värdeskapande mötesplatser för hyresgäster, besökare och framtida kunder. Tillsammans med din kollega säkerställer du ett varmt, professionellt och proaktivt mottagande av alla som vistas i huset, samtidigt som ni driver utvecklingen av servicekonceptet framåt. I rollen ingår bland annat att:

Välkomna, guida och inspirera besökare och hyresgäster

Hantera förfrågningar, passerkort och nycklar

Utföra sedvanligt receptionsarbete

Internservice och leverantörskontrakt

Proaktivt arbeta med utveckling för att höja servicenivån

Har gedigen erfarenhet av service, gärna från liknande roll

Har goda kunskaper i Office-paketet

Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat

Avslutad gymnasieutbildning
