Nu söker vi dig som vill vara med och göra skillnad genom att utveckla och förvalta lösningar i ServiceNow-plattformen. Om rollen Vi söker en erfaren ServiceNow-utvecklare till Unibase! Som ServiceNow-utvecklare kommer du bland annat att: Utveckla, konfigurera och anpassa lösningar i ServiceNow-plattformen Arbeta med moduler som Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB och Service Catalog Säkerställa att lösningarna följer best practice och kundens behov Delta i projekt för implementation, integration och vidareutveckling av plattformen Samarbeta med kollegor inom ITSM, utveckling och arkitektur

Du blir en viktig del av vårt och kundens team och bidrar till att leverera effektiva och framtidssäkra ITSM-lösningar. Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bestå av följande (beroende på uppdrag): Utveckling och konfiguration: Skapa och anpassa workflows, business rules, UI policies och script Implementera integrationer med externa system via API:er Utveckla rapporter och dashboards för uppföljning och analys

Förvaltning och optimering: Underhålla befintliga lösningar och säkerställa hög tillgänglighet Felsöka och åtgärda problem i plattformen Dokumentera konfigurationer och förändringar

Projekt och innovation: Delta i design och implementation av nya moduler och funktioner Bidra med idéer kring automatisering och effektivisering Arbeta med uppgraderingar och nya versioner av ServiceNow

Meriterande erfarenheter Det är positivt om du har erfarenhet av: Certifieringar inom ServiceNow (t.ex. Certified System Administrator, Application Developer) ITIL v4 eller liknande ramverk för IT-styrning Scriptning i JavaScript och kunskap om REST API Integrationer mot andra ITSM-verktyg eller affärssystem

Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har: Minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet inom ServiceNow-utveckling God förståelse för ITSM-processer och ServiceNow-arkitektur Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller motsvarande erfarenhet Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
