Din roll Som servicerådgivare ansvarar du för att ta emot våra kunder, boka och planera verkstadsarbeten samt säkerställa en effektiv hantering av ärenden. Du arbetar nära både verkstadschef, tekniker och övriga kollegor, och ser till att kundens behov möts på bästa möjliga sätt. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat:

Hantering av garantiärenden och kontakt med generalagent

Bokning och planering av service och reparationer

Skadeärenden mot försäkringsbolag

Fakturering och kontroll av inkommande fakturor

Administration av serviceavtal och övriga administrativa arbetsuppgifter

Din profil Vi söker dig som har dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete som servicerådgivare alt. kundmottagare inom fordonsbranschen, med särskilt fokus på att hantera garantier och försäkringsärenden. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara strukturerad, serviceinriktad och ha en god administrativ förmåga. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö där du får kombinera kundkontakt med administration och problemlösning. Vi ser gärna att du har:

Erfarenhet av system som KOBRA och CABAS (meriterande)

Goda kunskaper i Excel

Fordonsteknisk utbildning (meriterande)

Förmåga att planera, prioritera och skapa goda kundrelationer

Vi värdesätter en positiv inställning, samarbetsförmåga och viljan att ge det lilla extra för både kunder och kollegor. Krav:

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete med garantihantering

Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

B-körkort

Meriterande:

C- eller D-körkort

Ytterligare erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen
