Du ansvarar för att ta emot och boka in serviceärenden, ge rådgivning kring underhåll och reparationer, samt säkerställa att kunden får en smidig och professionell upplevelse. Dina arbetsuppgifter Ta emot kunder och boka in service och reparationer Ge rådgivning kring produkter, reservdelar och underhåll Samordna arbetet mellan kund, verkstad och reservdelslager Skapa och följa upp arbetsorder och kostnadsförslag Bidra till att utveckla vår kundservice och skapa långsiktiga kundrelationer

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av kundservice, gärna inom verkstad eller maskinhandel Har tekniskt intresse och grundläggande förståelse för husbilar och husvagnar Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har god kommunikationsförmåga Behärskar svenska i tal och skrift, engelska är meriterande Har B-körkort
