Vi söker Servicerådgivare med fordonsbakgrund för flera tjänster runt om i Stockholm. Som servicerådgivare blir du kundens första kontakt i verkstaden och ansvarar för att skapa trygghet och säkerställa en smidig serviceprocess från mottagning till utlämning. Arbetsuppgifter

Ta emot kunder och upprätta service- och reparationsorder

Koordinera verkstadens arbete och kommunicera med tekniker kring felsökning och reparationer

Ge tydlig och proaktiv information till kunder om kostnad, tid och rekommenderade åtgärder

Ta emot och registrera inkommande fordon, utföra mottagningskontroller och dokumentera avvikelser

Upprätthålla kunddatabaser och hantera bokningar via verkstadssystem

Hantera reklamationer och följa upp kundnöjdhet

Sälja tillvalstjänster och tillbehör med fokus på kundnytta

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet från verkstad eller fordonsbranschen, gärna som mekaniker, tekniker eller servicerådgivare

Har god teknisk förståelse och kan kommunicera tekniska frågor på ett enkelt sätt till kunder

Är serviceinriktad, strukturerad och stresshanterande

Har god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Har B-körkort (Manuellt)

Är van vid att arbeta i affärssystem och digitala verktyg (meriterande med erfarenhet av verkstadssystem)

Meriterande

Utbildning inom fordon eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet

Tidigare erfarenhet av kundservice eller försäljning

Kännedom om reservdelar och arbetsprocesser i verkstad
