Vi söker nu en engagerad och driven Servicerådgivare till Din Bil. Om tjänsten Som servicerådgivare är du länken mellan kunden och verkstaden. Du ansvarar för att ge kunderna ett professionellt och varmt bemötande genom hela serviceprocessen – från bokning och mottagning till uppföljning och leverans av fordon. Du kommer bland annat att:

Ta emot och hjälpa kunder i servicedisken

Planera och boka verkstadsarbeten

Upprätta kostnadsförslag och arbetsorder

Ha löpande kontakt med kunder och tekniker

Säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet och kvalitet i varje ärende

Arbeta administrativt i olika system kopplade till service och verkstad

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av kundservice, gärna inom bilbranschen

Är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och stresstålig

Har god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs med kundkontakt

Har ett starkt servicetänk och ett professionellt bemötande

Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Har B-körkort

Tidigare erfarenhet som servicerådgivare eller arbete inom fordonsbranschen är meriterande. Vi erbjuder En spännande roll i ett starkt och välkänt varumärke
