Hos oss får du en central roll i mötet med våra kunder och möjlighet att bli en del av ett engagerat team med hög kompetens, stark laganda och passion för kvalitet. Om rollen Som Servicesäljare är du kundens främsta kontakt genom hela verkstadsbesöket. Du ansvarar för att skapa en professionell och smidig kundupplevelse från första kontakten till färdigt serviceärende. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat:

Ta emot och vägleda kunder

Boka och planera verkstadsbesök

Upprätta kostnadsförslag och prissättning

Hantera arbetsordrar och verkstadsadministration

Säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet genom proaktiv kommunikation

Samarbeta nära tekniker och övriga kollegor för att leverera bästa möjliga service

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kundservice, försäljning eller servicearbete där kunden alltid står i centrum. Har du erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen eller kunskap i KOBRA, Cabas eller Mercedes-Benz system är det meriterande, men inget krav. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du:

Är serviceinriktad och trivs i kundmöten

Har en god administrativ förmåga och arbetar strukturerat

Är lösningsorienterad och tar ansvar för att driva ärenden framåt
