Om rollen Som serviceteamare är du en viktig del av vårt kvalitetsteam och arbetar nära Area Manager och Field Lead. Du ansvarar för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i våra uppdrag och stöttar både kunder och kollegor i det dagliga arbetet. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

We are now looking for a Service Team Member to join Hemfrid Gothenburg, working primarily in Kungsbacka, Frillesås, Fjärås and Åsa, as well as nearby areas. About the role As a Service Team Member, you are an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You ensure high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities include:

Initial cleanings

Deep cleanings

Window cleaning

Covering shifts when needed

Quality inspections

Introducing new employees when needed

Key handling when required

You will primarily work in Kungsbacka, Frillesås, Fjärås and Åsa, while occasionally supporting nearby areas when needed. Who are you? You have experience in home cleaning and enjoy delivering outstanding service. You thrive in a team environment and maintain high quality in every assignment, including more advanced cleaning services.
