Servicetekniker till verkstad Vi söker nu en händig och strukturerad servicetekniker till vår verkstad i Stockholm. Hos oss får du arbeta med inspektionskameror och rörinspektionssystem – utrustning som kräver både teknisk fingertoppskänsla och logiskt tänkande. Rollen är en unik kombination av praktisk problemlösning, avancerad elektronik/mekanik och kundkontakt. Du ansvarar för hela kedjan: från att ta emot ett serviceärende till att leverera en fullt fungerande lösning till kunden. Arbetsuppgifter kundmottagning och varumottagning registrera serviceärenden och hantera dem från start till avslut packa upp, registrera, emballera och skicka paket och pallar skapa order, offert, fakturor och följesedlar hantera serviceärenden i CRM-system (t.ex. Hubspot eller liknande) söka information i manualer, databaser och leverantörsdokumentation kontakt med leverantörer för teknisk support och reservdelar felsökning, reparation och service av teknisk utrustning teknisk support till kunder planera och redovisa eget arbete delta i projekt och samarbeta i team service och fältarbete hos kund vid behov

Vi söker dig som har god teknisk förståelse kan arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för projekt är strukturerad och kan planera ditt arbete trivs med kundkontakt via telefon och e-post kan samarbeta i team

Kompetens god datorvana (Office, webbläsare, e-post m.m.) erfarenhet av CRM-system och affärssystem är meriterande erfarenhet av teknisk service eller reparation är meriterande teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet

Krav körkort B svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande körkort C teknisk eller ingenjörsutbildning

Om rollen Tjänsten innebär ett varierat arbete där du kombinerar praktisk teknik med administration och kundkontakt. Du blir en viktig del av teamet och bidrar till att säkerställa hög kvalitet i service och support.
