Din kommande roll Som Tågvärd på SJ Krösa ser du till att våra resenärer får en trevlig och bra resa. Du ger våra kunder service, information och tillser säkerheten ombord. Du kommer att hjälpa resenärer tillrätta och sköta högtalarutrop under färdens gång samt kontrollera att kunderna har giltiga biljetter. Du är serviceinriktad, har högt säkerhetstänk, är professionell och ser till att resenärerna trivs och känner sig sedda. Förutom utbildning, bra förmåner och utvecklingsmöjligheter, får du fantastiska kollegor och möjligheten att träffa hundratals människor varje dag. Arbetstiderna varierar och övernattningar på annan ort förekommer. Det ställs krav på flexibilitet under tidvis högt arbetstempo. Du kommer få tjänstgöra både i Nässjö och Värnamo. Anställningen inleds med en betald utbildning på heltid i 4-5 veckor. Förväntningar på den vi söker

Du har IT-vana och är van vid att hantera smartphones
