Sjuksköterska till Tryggakliniken – vara med och bygga framtidens digitala vård Är du sjuksköterska och vill växa in i din roll – steg för steg? Vill du utvecklas i din yrkesroll, bredda din kompetens och skapa en trygg grund för din fortsatta karriär? Hos oss får du möjlighet att delta i ett strukturerat utvecklingsprogram där du successivt lär känna olika delar av sjuksköterskearbetet. Du får en utsedd handledare som följer dig genom hela utvecklingstrappan och finns tillgänglig för frågor, stöd och återkoppling. Din utvecklingsresa Steg 1 – Provtagning och laboratoriearbete Du börjar på laboratoriet, där du får en stabil introduktion till provtagning. Här lär du dig att: Utföra olika typer av provtagningar Hantera prover på ett säkert och korrekt sätt Förstå varför olika prover tas och hur de används i patientens vård Bemöta och vägleda patienter i samband med provtagning

Steg 2 – Sjuksköterskemottagning När du känner dig trygg på laboratoriet går du vidare till vår sjuksköterskemottagning. Där får du utveckla dina praktiska och kliniska färdigheter genom att bland annat arbeta med: Sårbedömning och såromläggning Suturborttagning Agraffborttagning Öronspolning Andra vanligt förekommande arbetsuppgifter på mottagningen

Steg 3 – Telefonrådgivning och digital vård I nästa steg får du arbeta med telefonrådgivning och vår digitala tjänst Trygga Online. Här utvecklar du din förmåga att: Göra självständiga bedömningar av patienters vårdbehov Ge råd och vägledning på distans Prioritera och hantera olika patientärenden Bemöta patienter professionellt via telefon och digitala kanaler Avgöra vilken vårdnivå och uppföljning som är lämplig

Trygg utveckling med handledare Du förväntas inte kunna allt från början. Genom en tydlig utvecklingstrappa får du möjlighet att växa in i sjuksköterskerollen i en trygg takt. Under hela programmet har du stöd av en erfaren handledare som du kan vända dig till med frågor och funderingar. Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska och som: Är nyfiken och vill utvecklas i din profession Tycker om att lära dig nya arbetsuppgifter Vill bredda din kliniska kompetens Är trygg, ansvarstagande och engagerad i patientmötet Uppskattar både praktiskt arbete och rådgivning Vill bli mer självständig i din sjuksköterskeroll
