Hos oss i Region Dalarna får du ett meningsfullt arbete där du kan göra skillnad. Tillsammans arbetar vi för ett hållbart Dalarna med utvecklingskraft i länets alla delar. Om verksamheten Nu söker vi sjuksköterskor till avdelning 90 (psykiatrisk intensivvård). Länsvuxenpsykiatri Falun/Säter har ett länsövergripande uppdrag inom vuxenpsykiatri och ansvarar för vård och behandling av patienter i akuta psykiatriska tillstånd. Verksamheten är uppdelad mellan Falun och Säter. I Säter finns länets enda psykiatriska akutmottagning samt avdelning 90 och 95. I Falun finns beroendecentrum, en allmänpsykiatrisk slutenvårdsavdelning, LARO samt ECT-verksamhet. Avdelning 90 i Säter riktar sig till patienter med allvarliga psykiatriska tillstånd och ett stort behov av intensiv omvårdnad och observation, till exempel vid psykoser och maniska skov. Många patienter vårdas enligt LPT. Avdelningen har 10 vårdplatser och en hög bemanning dygnet runt. I tjänsten ingår arbete dag och kväll samt helgtjänstgöring - varannan eller var tredje helg. Arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska på vår avdelning leder och fördelar du omvårdnadsarbetet på avdelningen. Du ansvarar för rond, genomför patient- och anhörigsamtal samt samverkar med vårdgrannar. I rollen ingår även att delta i utskrivningsplaneringar samt utföra provtagning och läkemedelshantering. Du samarbetar med vårdsamordnare kring ÖPT-patienter. På avdelningarna arbetar sjuksköterskor, läkare och skötare i nära samarbete samt tillsammans med behandlingsteam (kurator, psykolog, arbetsterapeut).
