Om jobbet Vårdliljan söker en legitimerad sjuksköterska till vårt hemsjukvårds team i Västerort! Vårt kontor ligger i Vällingby, Grimsta. Vi erbjuder ett stimulerande och meningsfullt arbete, med tydligt ledarskap och utvecklingsmöjligheter. Uppdraget Arbetet är förlagt till dagtid, måndag-fredag. Tjänsten omfattar bl.a planering, samordning och genomförande av vårdinsatser, kontakt med andra vårdgivare och hemtjänst samt direkt- och telefonkontakt med patienter och anhöriga. Bakgrund Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska. Du behöver ha minst två års erfarenhet som sjuksköterska, gärna från en vårdcentral eller hemsjukvård, eller ha arbetat som undersköterska inom hemsjukvården innan du blev legitimerad sjuksköterska. Det är viktigt att du är en person som känner engagemang i din yrkesutövning. Det är även viktig att du har god datorvana, gärna med erfarenhet av tjänsterna Take Care, och Lifecare. Det krävs det att du behärskar svenska språket väl, både i tal och skrift. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och vill att du ska kunna identifiera dig med Vårdliljans värderingar som är engagemang, logistik, integritet, teamwork, empati och nytänkande. Vårdliljan Vårdliljan bildades 2003 och har sedan dess vuxit successivt. Våra verksamhetsområden är basal hemsjukvård samt sjuksköterskeinsatser under jourtid inom äldreomsorg och LSS. Vi har kollektivavtal med Vårdföretagarna och erbjuder friskvårdsbidrag. I vårt team har vi en mycket god stämning, där vi engagerar oss i varandras arbete och ställer upp för varandra när vi behöver hjälp.
