Östhammars vårdcentral

Våra 1800 medarbetare arbetar med nära vård och hälsa i Uppsala län. Vi har ett brett utbud av tjänster inom första linjens vård. Våra patienter möter oss på Region Uppsalas egna vårdcentraler eller inom habilitering och vi ger råd på telefon via 1177. Utbildning, forskning och utveckling är viktigt för oss, eftersom vi anpassar vårt utbud utifrån invånarnas behov. Redan nu erbjuder vi mobila team, videobesök och smarta e-tjänster.

Sjuksköterska till Östhammars vårdcentral! Vi välkomnar nu en ny distriktssköterska/sjuksköterska till vårt team på Östhammars vårdcentral! Vi erbjuder ett vikariat på heltid med tillträde 2027-02-01 till och med 2028-01-31 med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning.

Ditt uppdrag I uppdraget som distansarbetande sjuksköterska arbetar du med patienter som representerar alla åldrar. I tjänsten ingår bl a arbete med telefonrådgivning, 1177 e-tjänster och videobesök. Introduktionen för tjänsten planeras på plats utifrån dina erfarenheter. Därefter planeras arbetet på distans. Du kommer att ha ett nära digitalt samarbete med din närmsta chef och kollegor.

Dina kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska företrädesvis med erfarenhet från primärvård. Det är meriterande med tidigare erfarenhet av Cosmic, telefonrådgivning samt triagering.

Din kompetens Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet, vilket för oss betyder att du vill bidra till ett gott arbetsklimat genom att vara positiv och ha ett flexibelt arbetssätt. Du ska kunna arbeta självständigt men även trivas med att samarbeta tvärprofessionellt.

Vår verksamhet Östhammars vårdcentral ligger i kuststaden Östhammar. Vi har drygt 6 500 listade patienter och är 30 medarbetare. Vi erbjuder det mesta inom primärvård och på vårdcentralen arbetar alla för att ge våra patienter bästa möjliga omhändertagande.
