Om rollen På denna tjänst som sjuksköterska får du möjlighet att medverka till att säkerställa trygg och professionell vård samt god service. Exakta arbetsuppgifter varierar beroende på roll och verksamhet, men fokus ligger alltid på patienten samt teamets gemensamma mål. Jobbet omfattar en introduktion anpassad för dig och nära stöd av erfarna kollegor. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Telefonrådgivning. Hos oss arbetar du bara halva dagen i telefonen. Du kan prata med patienten på förmiddagen och boka den till vår sjuksköterskeledda mottagning på eftermiddagen.

Vi har frågestund hos samtliga läkare varje dag och värnar om vår kontinuitet och PAL:skap (patientansvarig läkare)

Vem är du? – Kvalifikationer och personliga egenskaper Du har rätt behörighet för tjänsten, är legitimerad sjuksköterska och har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska

Du är ansvarstagande, flexibel och har lätt för att samarbeta i olika team

Du har ett positivt och professionellt förhållningssätt och bidrar till trygghet och inkludering i gruppen.

Du är bra på att ta till dig nya arbetssätt och följer rutiner och riktlinjer.
