Sjuksköterska sökes till Växjö kommun Vi söker 1 legitimerad sjuksköterska för ett längre uppdrag inom kommunal hemsjukvård i Växjö kommun. Period: 5 oktober 2026 – 28 februari 2027 Omfattning: 90–100 %, cirka 38,25 timmar/vecka Arbetstid: Dag, kväll och natt, måndag–söndag Ort: Växjö Om uppdraget Uppdraget är inom Växjö kommuns hemsjukvård. Arbetet är självständigt och sker till stor del i patienternas egna hem, vilket innebär att du behöver vara trygg i att göra egna medicinska bedömningar och vidta lämpliga åtgärder. Arbetsuppgifterna omfattar bland annat: Självständiga medicinska bedömningar Läkemedelshantering och dosettdelning Infusioner och injektioner Centrala infarter Avancerade såromläggningar PCA-pumpar Handledning och rådgivning via telefon till undersköterskor

Krav Du behöver: Vara legitimerad sjuksköterska Ha minst 1 års erfarenhet av kommunal hemsjukvård under de senaste 3 åren Ha B-körkort och kunna köra manuellt växlad bil Kunna arbeta självständigt och göra egna bedömningar Kunna arbeta dag, kväll och natt, måndag–söndag Kunna bemanna hela uppdragsperioden.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av Cosmic samt dokumenterad erfarenhet av telefonrådgivning. Arbetstider Uppdraget omfattar dag-, kvälls- och nattarbete. Exempel på angivna arbetstider är: Kväll: 15.30–22.30 Natt: 17.00–03.00, 20.00–06.00 eller 21.00–07.00 Nattpassen är vaken natt och förekommer utifrån verksamhetens behov.
