Kommunal primärvård

Vi söker nu en sjuksköterska till vår arbetsgrupp i Centralort/Västervik. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska hos oss träffar du dina patienter i deras hemmiljö vilket ger en trygghet för patienten. Genom att göra flera hembesök varje dag får du miljöombyte. Vi gör hembesök i både stadsmiljö, lantlig miljö och i skärgården. Vårt arbete innebär allt från enklare medicinska insatser till insatser med avancerad medicinsk utrustning och teknik. En del i arbetet är vård i livets slutskede. Som sjuksköterska utbildar du samt delegerar uppgifter och ansvar till personal på våra särskilda boenden och i hemtjänsten. Du ansvarar för att följa upp och utvärdera de planerade insatserna. Vi arbetar i team där flera olika professioner samverkar kring patienterna. Hos oss har du ett självständigt jobb där du själv planerar och lägger upp ditt arbete. Inom verksamheten pågår hela tiden ett utvecklingsarbete för att förbättra för våra patienter. Du får stor möjlighet att delta i detta arbete och bidra med dina tankar och erfarenheter. Vi har en utbildningsplan inom verksamheten och erbjuder möjlighet till specialistutbildning. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska. Till dig som är nyutbildad sjuksköterska kan vi erbjuda ett introduktionsprogram, med längre introduktion och stöttning i din nya roll som sjuksköterska. Vi söker dig som vill ha ett rörligt jobb, ta eget ansvar och jobba självständigt. Det är viktigt att du har en god empatisk förmåga, bra samarbetsförmåga och kan kommunicera med andra människor på ett lyhört och konstruktivt sätt. Du planerar ditt jobb självständigt vilket innebär att du behöver kunna organisera och prioritera i ditt arbete. Om situationen kräver det kan du behöva ändra din planering och därför är det viktigt att du är flexibel och kan se möjligheter i förändringar. Övrigt För att kunna komma i fråga för aktuell anställning i Västerviks kommun ska utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister uppvisas. Utdraget beställer du här: HVB-hem, e-tjänst | Polismyndigheten. Vänligen observera att handläggningstiden kan vara upp till 2 veckor. Du kommer att behöva visa upp ditt utdrag om du blir erbjuden en tjänst.
