Hej! Tingsryds kommun söker nu en legitimerad sjuksköterska till den kommunala hälso- och sjukvården. Hos oss arbetar du i en mindre kommun med korta beslutsvägar, nära samarbete och fokus på trygg, säker och person centrerad vård. Du arbetar självständigt men alltid med stöd av engagerade kollegor och chef. Vi erbjuder en god arbetsmiljö, möjlighet till kompetensutveckling och trygga anställningsvillkor. I vår kommun har vi även ett nära samarbete med den regionala primärvården i arbetet med God och Nära vård. Vi söker en sjuksköterska till hemsjukvården i den västra kommundelen, tjänsten innefattar även kväll- och helg tjänstgöring enligt schema. I grunden är denna tjänst schemalagda enligt 100%.

Arbetsuppgifter att utföra Hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatser enligt HSL Bedömning, planering och uppföljning av hälso-och sjukvårdsinsatser Läkemedelshantering Handledning och stöd till omsorgspersonal Samverkan med andra vårdgivare Dokumentation enligt gällande lagstiftning Kvalifikationer du bör ha Legitimerad sjuksköterska Professionellt och empatiskt bemötande Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och i team Erfarenhet av kommunal hälso- och sjukvård är meriterande B körkort
