Om oss Vill du arbeta i en verksamhet som präglas av teamkänsla! Vi söker nu en engagerad och kompetent sjuksköterska som vill bli en del av vår vårdcentral i Höganäs. Vi är en modern vårdcentral med cirka 6 400 listade patienter. Hos oss står patienten i centrum, och vi arbetar tillsammans för att erbjuda en trygg, tillgänglig och kvalitativ primärvård. Vår verksamhet präglas av ett nära och professionellt samarbete mellan olika yrkesgrupper, där varje medarbetares kompetens är en viktig del av helheten. Du blir en del av ett erfaret och engagerat team som tar ansvar för hela patientärendet och arbetar med både kvalitet, kontinuitet och god service. Vi värdesätter arbetsglädje, gemensamt lärande och en arbetsmiljö där medarbetare får möjlighet att utvecklas. Hos oss får du en introduktion anpassad efter din erfarenhet med nära stöd av kunniga kollegor.

Vi söker dig legitimerad sjuksköterska, grundutbildad, gärna med primärvårds erfarenhet som vill vara med och fortsätta utveckla vår verksamhet tillsammans med dina kollegor. Tjänsten innebär sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter för sjuksköterska i primärvård som bland annat telefonrådgivning, chatt, mottagnings arbete, hälsokontroller, bedömning av akuta patienter. Arbetet är till stor del självständigt vilken innebär att kunna göra egna bedömningar och fatta egna beslut. På vår enhet arbetar vi dagligen med sambedömning där du som sjuksköterska tillsammans med läkaren och andra professioner bedömer patienterna. Vi erbjuder Kollektivavtal

Om dig Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska, trygg i både person och profession samt har ett patientfokuserat arbetssätt. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet inom primärvårdsarbete. Vi ser gärna att du är ansvarstagande och har en god organisationsförmåga. Du gillar utmaningar, vill vara delaktig i vårdcentralens utveckling och ser samarbete med kollegor som viktiga parametrar.
