Vår ortopediska slutenvård är uppdelad i två avdelningar: avdelning 17, som tar emot akuta ortopediska patienter, och avdelning 18, som fokuserar på elektiv ortopedi med pre- och postoperativ vård. Du möter patienter med frakturer, artros och andra diagnoser inom rörelsesystemet. Tempot varierar, vilket bidrar till ett dynamiskt och stimulerande arbetsklimat. Här arbetar sjuksköterskor, undersköterskor, fysioterapeuter och läkare tätt tillsammans för att skapa trygg och kvalitativ vård. Vi erbjuder: En engagerad och stöttande arbetsgrupp Individanpassad introduktion Möjlighet att delta i kvalitets- och utvecklingsarbete En arbetsplats som välkomnar och drivs av nya arbetssätt Goda möjligheter till kompetensutveckling Arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska hos oss arbetar du med pre- och postoperativ omvårdnad av patienter som genomgår ortopediska ingrepp. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är: Helhetsansvar för patienten under vårdtiden Sårvård, smärtlindring och mobilisering Förberedelse inför operation och uppföljning efter ingreppet Läkemedelshantering Patientsäkerhet, dokumentation och utvecklingsarbete i vardagen Tvärprofessionellt samarbete med undersköterskor, läkare, fysioterapeuter m.fl. samt med andra vårdenheter Kvalifikationer Krav: Legitimerad sjuksköterska eller sjuksköterskestudent med beräknad examen under 2027 God svenska i tal och skrift Goda dokumentationskunskaper
