Medicinkliniken Mälarsjukhuset, Eskilstuna

Om oss Palliativa avdelningen, en liten arbetsplats med stora möjligheter. Här bedrivs högkvalitativ specialiserad palliativ vård med patienten i fokus. Till oss kommer patienter med olika diagnos som alla vårdas i livets slutskede när bot av sjukdom inte längre är möjligt. Hos oss finns 10 platser, alla på egna enkelrum.

Palliativa avdelningen tillhör medicinkliniken, hos oss arbetar vi i team, i nära samarbete mellan alla professioner. Inom verksamheten finns en vårdledare, som arbetar verksamhetsnära, med förbättringsarbeten inom vårt specialist område. Vi har ett nära samarbete med SSIH-verksamheten, som tar hand om de palliativa patienterna som vårdas hemma.

Vi söker nu dig som har intresse, engagemang och motivation att vara med och bedriva en högkvalitativ palliativ vård, med önskan om att ”göra det lilla extra” för patienten.

Dina arbetsuppgifter Som sjuksköterska på vår avdelning är du en del av ett team kring patienten. Arbetssättet möjliggör god omvårdnad utifrån en helhetssyn med patienten i centrum. Huvudsyftet i arbetet är god symtomlindring och välbefinnande för patienten och ett gott stöd till närstående.

Som sjuksköterska hos oss arbetar du dag, kväll och helg. Ditt arbete kräver gott samarbete med andra professioner, men också att våga arbeta självständigt och i viss mån kan ta egna beslut.

Din kompetens Du som söker är legitimerad sjuksköterska, med ett stort intresse av att vårda och möta patienter och närstående. Du har gärna flera års yrkeserfarenhet och ett gott etiskt sinne.

Vi söker dig som är engagerad, lyhörd och van att knyta kontakter med patienter och närstående. Du har god samarbets- och planeringsförmåga och kan se på en situation ur olika perspektiv. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Anställningsform Tillsvidareanställning på heltid eller enligt överenskommelse. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse.
