Vi söker en erfaren sjuksköterska som vill bli en del av Arenastadens Vårdcentral Solna - en privat vårdcentral med uppdrag av Region Stockholm, belägen i Mall of Scandinavia i Solna. Hos oss arbetar du i ett mindre och engagerat team med bred kompetens inom primärvården. Vi sätter patienten i fokus och strävar efter att erbjuda vård med hög kvalitet, omtanke och ett personligt bemötande. Rollen är varierad och omfattar både mottagningsarbete och ansvar för patienter inom hemsjukvården, med en viktig del i det dagliga patientarbetet. Vi söker dig som: Är legitimerad sjuksköterska med erfarenhet av primärvård och hemsjukvård Är trygg och flexibel i din yrkesroll Är van att arbeta självständigt och göra kliniska bedömningar Har erfarenhet av journalsystemet TakeCare Har erfarenhet av laboratoriearbete och provtagning Är ansvarstagande, noggrann och strukturerad Har god samarbetsförmåga och ett professionellt bemötande Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du är distriktssjuksköterska. Arbetsuppgifter: Som sjuksköterska hos oss får du en varierad roll med både mottagningsarbete och ansvar för patienter inom hemsjukvården. Du har ett eget patientansvar och arbetar nära läkare och övriga i vårdteamet för att skapa en trygg och välfungerande vård för våra patienter. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar bland annat: Sjuksköterskemottagning och patientbedömningar Ansvar för och arbete inom hemsjukvården Läkemedelshantering och uppföljning av behandling Såromläggningar och andra sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter Provtagning och laboratoriearbete Telefonrådgivning och övriga patientärenden Samarbete med läkare och övriga i vårdteamet

Anställningsform: Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med inledande provanställning. Tjänstepension ingår, övriga anställningsvillkor och förmåner diskuteras i samband med anställning.
