Du är strukturerad, kan planera, prioritera och hålla koll på många saker samtidigt. Du arbetar systematisk, noggrant och prestigelöst. En viktig del i tjänsten handlar om att skapa förutsättningar för en mycket hög kundnöjdhet.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som är erfaren skaderådgivare/skadeberäknare/skadebesiktigare med flera års erfarenhet. Vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet och det är viktigt att du är en serviceinriktad, glad person med en stor portion social kompetens. Du ser möjligheter i allt och är lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att arbeta tillsammans i ett Team och är flexibel. Det är viktigt för oss att du passar in i gruppen och är prestigelös.

Du har erfarenhet från bilskadebranschen och besitter kunskap i de olika affärssystemen, planeringsverktygen samt kalkyleringsprogrammen. Erfarenhet av Cabas och CAB är ett krav. Vi ser gärna att du har någon fordonsutbildning och det är meriterande om du har en bakgrund som plåtslagare, lackerare eller verkmästare. Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och gärna engelska. Körkort är ett krav.

Du kommer att arbeta med:

Ett team av duktiga medarbetare. Kunden är i fokus från det att bilen kommer in för skadebesiktning, reparation tills dess att den lämnar byggnaden med högsta kvalitet.

• Skadebesiktning av bokade bilar, fotobesiktningar samt drop-in kunder

• Göra Cabas kalkyler, planera in bilen i Cab

• Ha kontakt med försäkringsbolagen och våra samarbetspartners

• Slutredigering och fakturering

• Boka, ta emot och lämna ut kundernas bilar

• Svara i telefon och på mail

• Ha löpande kommunikation med kunden och dina kollegor

• Övrig administration

• Vara andra enheter behjälplig

Minbil Brommas Skadecenter ingår i Minbil Group med 6 anläggningar i Stockholm. Min bil är tillammans auktoriserad verkstad för 35 märken; KIA, Nissan, Subaru, Land Rover, Jaguar, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat Professional, Lancia, Chrysler, Dodge, Honda, Hyundai, Suzuki, Saab, Opel, MG Rover, Ssangyong, Mitsubishi och Mazda,Aiways, Volvo, Ford, Polestar,NIO, Skywell, Seres,DFSK, KGM, MG,Maxus. Förutom de olika bilmärkenas system så jobbar vi i affärssystemet Winassist. Vi är även ansluten till Autoexperten-kedjan samt en Godkänd bilverkstad. Tidigare erfarenhet av något/några av våra märken ses som extra plus
