Uppdraget som Skadetekniker Motor Som Skadetekniker Motor hos Van Ameyde kommer du att ha en central roll i att säkerställa en smidig och korrekt skaderegleringsprocess för fordon. Du bedömer skador, beräknar reparationskostnader och är en viktig kontaktpunkt för kunder och verkstäder genom hela ärendet. Vanligt förekommande uppgifter innefattar:

Skadebedömning: Undersöka skadade fordon och avgöra vilka reparationer som krävs.

Kalkylering: Använda kalkylprogram som CABAS för att beräkna kostnader för plåt-, lack- och mekaniska skador.

Kundkontakt: Ta emot skadeanmälningar, svara på frågor och guida kunder och verkstäder genom processen via telefon och mejl.

Samordning: Ha kontakt med bilverkstäder, leverantörer och andra försäkringsbolag för att godkänna och planera reparationer eller inlösen av fordon.

Om dig Vi letar efter dig som har fordonskunskap, antingen genom en gymnasial utbildning inom fordonsteknik eller motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet av bilar. Du är serviceinriktad och kommunicerar pedagogiskt och professionellt både i telefon och i skrift. Erfarenhet av skadeberäkningssystem som CABAS är meriterande. Du håller koll på siffror och detaljer, samarbetar väl med kollegor och trivs med att analysera och fatta underbyggda beslut. Du har obehindrade språkfärdigheter i både svenska och engelska. För den här rekryteringen lägger vi stor vikt vid dina personliga kompetenser eftersom de har en direkt påverkan på matchningen för rollen och teamets framgång. Praktisk information

Arbetstider: 08:00-17:00.
