The posting

Arbetsplatsbeskrivning Friskolan Hästens är en småskalig skola med praktisk estetisk profil där uteverksamhet och friluftsliv har en stor och viktig roll. Från förskoleklass till årskurs 3 har vi undervisning i skogen en dag i veckan. Eleverna på skolan har simskola, skridskoskola och i årskurs 3 även lägerskola i Bjursås där de lär sig åka slalom. Vi har ca 130 elever från förskoleklass till årskurs 5. Skola och fritids arbetar integrerat genom att all personal arbetar både på fritids och i klass. Samarbetet mellan skola och fritids är starkt och genomsyras av vår profil. Småskaligheten på skolan bidrar till en stark vi-känsla och nära kontakter mellan personal, elever och föräldrar. På fritids har vi olika val där barnen får välja mellan praktiska eller estetiska områden, vi är i skogen, tränar inför shower och försöker utmana elevernas sociala förmågor på många olika sätt. Arbetsbeskrivning Erbjuda stöd-, motivations- och krisamtal med enskilda elever samt stöd till vårdnadshavare. Samarbeta tätt med rektor, biträdande rektor, skolsköterska, specialpedagoger och socialpedagog. Göra klassobservationer, hålla i värdegrundsarbete, samt arbeta aktivt mot kränkande behandling och mobbning. Hålla kontakt med externa aktörer som Socialtjänsten och BUP.

Personliga egenskaper Du har en förmåga att skapa trygga relationer med barn och vuxna. Du trivs med att arbeta i team men är också trygg i att fatta egna beslut. Du kan planera ditt arbete samtidigt som du snabbt kan ställa om när akuta situationer uppstår.
